![]() I would say that my nausea is milder than others, yet it’s still there for sure! I also find that I have a lot of food aversions in my first trimester. ![]() Most moms experience at least some form of nausea during pregnancy, especially the first trimester. There are so many different types of pregnancy teas and today I’m going to tell you which ones will help solve your pregnancy woes! Something I’ve learned over the years (and over the course of 6 pregnancies now) is that for so many of my pregnancy ailments, there’s a pregnancy tea for that! I strive to use natural products whenever possible, especially during pregnancy, so teas have been essential to me lately. I even look forward to labor – truly!
